About Me

This is a the part of this site where I get long winded.  Please forgive me if I ramble a little.

I am a married father of two great young men who make me very proud!  My wife Claudia is both my personal and business partner and keeps me on my toes.  She's the one with the Math Brain, I'm the one with the creative side.

I've been drawing and painting on things since I was old enough to hold a crayon or brush.  I have been trained in the fields of architecture, lettering and typography, art, illustration, photography and cartooning, including caricature art.  I have worked for nearly nineteen years for the Walt Disney Company, as a Senior Production Designer and Design Manager.  Currently, I am a designer for a well known sign company in southern California.  Freelance graphic design take up the rest of my time not spent with my family or entertaining at events.

My interest in magic began at the age of five when I saw Mark Wilson on local TV in Houston, Texas.  The bug bit and bit hard, and I've been both a fan and performer of prestidigitation ever since.

When I was fourteen, I was doing a birthday party magic show and was asked by one of the moms if I could make balloon animals.  Not being able to say "Yes", I decided to learn as quickly as possible.  That was a long time ago!  I still enjoy twisting up the creation of your choice!

My hobbies, besides all the things I do for entertainment at events, include playing hockey, listening to music and tinkering in the garage.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about me or my interests.
